The Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators (OAESA) has announced that Seven Mile Elementary has been selected as a 2021 OAESA Hall of Fame School.  Seven Mile Elementary was one of nine schools in Ohio to receive this very special recognition!

The Hall of Fame School Award recognizes schools that engage faculty, students and the community to provide a quality school experience. The school staff submitted an extensive application documenting the effectiveness of their educational program in several areas. Hall of Fame Schools were selected by committees of OAESA members.

OAESA will recognize winners of the Hall of Fame Award during the OAESA Professional Conference to be held June 16-18, 2021. Principal Lori Harrison will be presented with the award, including $1,000, to be used at the principal’s discretion.

Mrs. Harrison stated, "Now more than ever, it is important that we recognize the truly amazing things that are happening at Seven Mile Elementary. Regardless of the challenges we face, our staff works tirelessly to provide the students with the highest quality education and serve as an inspiration for future generations of educators. I thank OAESA for honoring us and all that we have accomplished at Seven Mile. My heart overflows with job and gratitude every day and I am extremely blessed to do this work with such amazing staff and students."

Congratulations to Mrs. Harrison and the Seven Mile Elementary School team. Your dedication, commitment, and passion for providing an outstanding education to our students serves as a role model for every educator. Our district is so proud of each of you and we are thrilled you have received this very special award!
