Edgewood City Schools uses the online service "Final Forms" instead of paper forms.

Parents need to sign up first in order to start the process to complete your child's forms online. If you received an email from Final Forms please confirm your account by clicking the link in the email. Follow the instructions within.

If you did not receive the email please contact your child's school and make sure they have a current email address for you on file.

Once your parent account is setup you can login at any time to complete forms and update your profile.
