Other Important Reminders:
- Preschool students: Parents will need to bring a copy of your child's current shot records and a copy of a current physical when you come to your Preschooler's screening.
- Kindergarten students: Parents will need to bring a copy of your child's current shot records when you come to your Kindergartner's screening.
- 7th Grade students: If your child still needs to get a Tdap and/or a meningococcal vaccine, please take care of getting this scheduled before school.
- 12th Grade students: If your child still needs a meningococcal vaccine, please take care of getting this scheduled before school starts.
All immunizations for students must be completed by the 14th day of school or your child may be excluded from attending. If your child has a medical condition that prevents him/her from taking an immunization OR if you have a religious or philosophical objection to vaccines, please see your building’s nurse to complete necessary paperwork, once school begins.
