FFA Logo

The Future Farmers of America (FFA) is an integral student organization at Edgewood High School, dedicated to developing members' potential through hands-on experiences. According to the FFA's website, these practical encounters help students discover their talents and provide them with the tools for real-world success. The FFA at Edgewood High School is a dynamic club that goes beyond traditional learning, preparing students for future challenges and opportunities.

According to Kellie Biser, the FFA teacher/advisor, her students have been exceptionally busy throughout the school year, and here are some statistics and links to videos that highlight the great things her students have accomplished this year. 

  • Hours members have spent in community service: 913

  • Hours members have spent participating in FFA activities: Over 5,000

  • Hours members have spent in Work Based Learning (SAEs): Over 5,000

  • Total SAE financial investment in community businesses: $53,491

  • Total student SAE earnings: $107,155
