Enrollment Deadline for Remote Learning graphic

Enrollment in our Remote Learning Option for the opening of school must be completed by the end of day, Wednesday, August 5th.

To enroll your student in the Remote Learning Option you must complete the steps below for each student you are enrolling. Your student must already be registered in the Edgewood City School District to complete this enrollment process.

Here's how to enroll:

  1. Complete the detailed enrollment form by clicking the following link: Remote Learning Option Enrollment Form Link  

  2. Sign and return the Enrollment Confirmation Agreement.  The Enrollment Confirmation Agreement can be found on the last two pages within this link: Enrollment Confirmation Agreement

    1. Additional details regarding the Remote Learning Option are provided in the pages prior to the agreement.

  3. To confirm your student/students’ participation in the Remote Learning Option, return both pages of the signed Enrollment Confirmation Agreement by Wednesday, August 5th, by following one of these three options:

    1. Edgewood Board of Education Office, 3500 Busenbark Rd, Trenton, Ohio 45067, OR

    2. Place the signed agreement  in the drop box outside the front door at the Edgewood Board of Education Office, OR

    3. Email your signed agreement (both pages) as a scanned document or picture to pam.theurer@edgewoodschools.net.
