ProgressBook: ParentAccess Information and Account Creation

ProgressBook allows parents and guardians to view a student’s grades, homework, schedule, attendance, and archived report cards.  Please read the information below to learn more about creating a ParentAccess account.

ProgressBook Login: Click here for Parent Access Login.  You may be prompted to choose Edgewood City Schools as your District during your first time accessing the site.

• Student Access: Click on the "Students Sign in With Google" button and enter in your Edgewood email address and password. 
• ParentAccess: Click on the green “Sign In” button at the top. Enter your username and password.
  • New To ProgressBook? You will need to create an account and enter a registration key provided by Edgewood. Please note that keys are only available to parents and legal guardians. Each student has a unique key that is used as an identifier to connect you to your child’s grades.
  • Keys are sent home in September with elementary students. EMS and EHS parents can call the building secretary or fill out the form below and the information will be sent via email.
• ParentAccess Account Maintenance: Please reach out to Mary Ann Linville in Edgewood’s Technology Office to address the following:
  • New Account Creation
  • Account Credentials including:
    • Username Information
    • Password Resets
    • Login Errors

To Request a ParentAccess Registration Key to Setup a New Account:

Please complete this ParentAccess Form or scan the QR code below to request a registration key or to submit account questions.  Please complete one form for each child who you don’t already have a key for.  Keys will be sent to parents/guardians 1-2 school days after a form is submitted and guardianship is confirmed.
