Parent Teacher Conferences - Thursday, October 8, 2020
Our Parent Teacher Conferences for the Fall are scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 8th from 2:30PM-7:30PM. For this round of conferences, teachers will meet via telephone conference or virtually through Zoom. If you have a preference, take a minute to reach out to that teacher. Our Staff Directory is located on the web site
You will need to sign up for conferences by using this link: Fall Conference Signup. Please take the time to fill out all of the information. Make sure to mark the box on how you would like to meet with the teachers (Zoom, Google Meet, Phone).
We hope you will take the opportunity to participate in our fall conference event this year so you can hear more about your student’s progress.
Picture Day (Face to Face) - Friday, October 9, 2020
Picture Day is this Friday, October 9th. Lifetouch will be set up in Cougar Lobby to take student photos. Picture forms will be sent today with students. Click HERE for a full color flyer and directions on how to order your pictures online

Picture Day (Remote Learners) - Tuesday, October 13, 2020
Picture Day for Remote Learners will take place on Tuesday, October 13th from 3:00-5:30PM for our Remote Learners. Lifetouch will be set in the district auditorium to take student photos. Students will enter through Cougar Lobby. Students, make sure you are wearing your facial covering while in the building. You do not have to wear your facial covering for your photograph. Parents will stay outside in their vehicle while the students are getting photographed. The photographers will get them in, take their picture and get them right back to you. One Hour Early Release- Thursday, October 15, 2020
All Edgewood City Schools will be dismissed one hour early. Bus schedules will be adjusted to accommodate the one hour early release.
No School- Friday, October 16, 2020
School will not be in session for students or staff. This is a conference exchange day for our district.
