Here are several important topics for the upcoming week (April 13-17):

Meal Pickup Program
  • Meals will be available for pick up on Wednesday, April 15 from 11 am- Noon. (This is the only day that meals will be available for pickup on the Week of April 13-17). 
  • Children from ages 1-18 will be provided 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches. 
  • As communicated last week, we have changed our pickup up locations for meals. Pickup locations are at Babeck and Edgewood Elementary School ONLY.
  • For more information about our Meal Pickup Program click here.
  • Plans for distributing meals on the Week of April 20 and the Week of April 27 will be communicated on Friday, April 17.
Paper Copies of Assignments Available for Pickup

For families who do not have access to assignments online, paper copies for next week’s assignments will be available to pickup at:

  • Babeck Early Childhood:
    • Wednesday, April 15  from 11 am- Noon
  • Edgewood Elementary School:
    • Wednesday, April 15 from 11 am- Noon 
  • Edgewood Middle School:
    • Wednesday, April 15 and Thursday, April 16 from 10 am- Noon
  • Edgewood High School:
    • Wednesday, April 15 from 10 am- Noon
  • Seven Mile Elementary School:
Ohio Primary Election: Take Action Now to Vote by Mail
  • As you are aware, the Ohio Primary election has been extended to April 28. Voting will only take place through the absentee ballot process. There will NOT be any in-person voting, except for those with disabilities or cannot vote by mail. (These individuals should contact the Board of Elections for assistance).
  • Take action now to obtain an absentee ballot.  To start this process, you will need to request and complete an application, either online or by phone, from the Board of Elections. Once the application is completed and mailed back to the Board of Elections, a ballot will be mailed to you.
  • If you need to call the Board of Elections to request a ballot, take action by Wednesday, April 15. Here are the phone numbers for are area Board of Elections:
    • Butler County Board of Elections: 513-887-3700 
    • Preble County Board of Elections: 937-456-8117
  • If you voted prior to March 17 (through Early Voting or Absentee Voting) you do not need to request a new ballot.

Playgrounds and Athletic Facilities Remain Closed
  • ALL playgrounds, including those at any of our Edgewood City Schools remain closed until further notice, per the "Stay At Home" order issued from the Ohio Department of Health.
  • Likewise, all Edgewood athletic facilities, including fields, courts, weight rooms, and gyms are closed until school resumes.
