It was an exciting morning at EMS as everyone gathered for their Holiday Assembly. It started off with Mr. Stratton announcing the Stuff the Bus results. Overall, 1,726 items were donated to the Trenton EMA Food Pantry. Congratulations to the Bears! Their team took 1st Place by collecting 563 non-perishables to assist families in our community. The Foxes placed 2nd with 357 items; the Owls came in 2nd Place with 343 items, and the Wolves came in 4th with 463 items. Thank you to everyone who donated items to this important cause!
For those Houses who placed 2nd, 3rd, and 4th in the Stuff the Bus Food Drive, the House Leader along with Student-House members had to compete in a "Gift-wrap the Teacher" competition. Check out the pictures below of their efforts! The annual Student vs. Staff Volleyball game also took place during the assembly. It was an exciting game and everyone played their hearts out, but in the end, Staff won by 1 point.
