Edgewood City Schools

This month's Cougar Character Trait is "Be Kind, so our littlest Cougars kicked off December with a "Kindness Week" event.  Each day was given a special dress-up theme along with  classroom activities that reinforced our "Be Kind" character trait.  The entire school also wanted to express being kind to others by collecting non-perishable food items for the Trenton EMA Food Pantry. They originally set a goal to collect 1000 items, but exceed that goal by Thursday, December 5!  Donations continue to be brought in today, Friday, December 6 so a final count will be announced on Monday, December 9. What an incredible way to experience what being kind is all about!
