Happy New Year!! A new year and a new decade!!
The new year always reminds me that we are nearing the midpoint of the school year. These long January evenings are an excellent time to review your child's homework, read a good book, or enjoy a board game together.
As the weather turns cold and snowy, please remember to dress your child warmly for school. Our students play outside unless it is raining, or the temperature dips below 32 degrees. To check to see if there is a delay or cancellation of school when the weather is bad watch the local TV stations for announcements. Also, our automated phone system will continue to send messages whenever needed. You can also obtain information on closings or delays by visiting our website at www.edgewoodschools.com
May 2010 be a year filled with blessings for the entire Edgewood community.
