Timelines for building the new high school:

February 2009-passage of the bond Issue

Tuesday, March 24, 2009- community forum to begin the exterior design phase. Edgewood High School Cafeteria 6 pm.

March/April/May 2009 continue design phase including interior design with input from staff, administration and community.

September/October 2009 complete all testing requirements and begin to set the foot print for the new building.

January 2010-send out bids for project

February/March 2010 award bids

April/May 2010 begin construction

June/July 2012 complete construction

August 2012 move in
